- Become a Scribe. This is
really a lot easier than you might think, and it's fun! (As a kid, who
didn't like to color?) If you are new to the West (or a returning old-timer)
it's a great way meet people (scribes) and make new friends (grateful
recipients).
- Become an Administrative Deputy. There are a currently a number
of assistance positions that require no scribing at all. For example:
- a liaison with the College of Heralds to work with newly registered
award recipients
- a deputy to educate the populace (especially new award recipients)
as to the College of Scribes' policies and procedures
- a database administrator/web developer to help with the College's
use of these technologies
- autocrats for workshops, scriptoria and scribal displays
- deputies to implement programs that the Chancellor brainstorms
at 3am
- Become a Patron of the College
Do you have a workspace large enough to hold a class or a weekly
scriptorium? Do you have art supplies that you could donate? Would
you be willing to hold a fundraiser?
So to learn to scribe, to find a workshop, to help with administrative
tasks or to be a Patron of the College, contact
